Roman city of Pompeii rediscovered through immersive technology

A new immersive exhibition at London’s Excel Waterfront brings the ancient city of Pompeii to life using virtual reality, large projections and historical installations.
Opening on 14 November, The Last Days of Pompeii spans 3,000 square metres and features over ten galleries, including genuine relics.
Visitors can explore 360-degree scenes and a large metaverse hall recreating the Villa of the Mysteries.
After attracting 750,000 visitors worldwide, the exhibition will run in London for 16 weeks before moving to Shanghai and Buenos Aires.
