A suicide bomber has killed at least 12 people outside a court in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said Tuesday. The Pakistani Taliban militant group claimed responsibility for the attack, which wounded at least 27 people were wounded in the attack.
