G20 'at risk' if it cannot respond to global crises, Macron says as summit opens

Africa's first G20 summit opened in South Africa on Saturday without the world's biggest economy after US President Donald Trump ordered a boycott of the two-day gathering. French President Emmanuel Macron told the gathering that the G20 itself was "at risk" if it did not find a way to collectively address global crises by concentrating on "a few priorities".
