Putin calendars return to Russian stores

Annual calendars featuring Russian President Vladimir Putin have appeared once again on store shelves across Russia.
Priced at about €3,00 the calendars include images of Putin during the annual direct line, playing with dogs in the snow, standing before a government plane and playing the piano.
Notably, no photos relate to the ongoing “special military operation” in Ukraine.
The tradition began after Putin first took office in 2000 and gained wider popularity around 2011.
