Rescuers pulled a month-old baby girl from the rubble near Khan Younis on Thursday after Israeli airstrikes killed at least 58 people across the Gaza Strip overnight.
The strike that destroyed her home in Abasan al-Kabira killed 16, mostly women and children. Her parents and brother died, but she survived with her grandparents.
There was no immediate comment from the Israeli military on the latest strikes. Hours later, the military reimposed a blockade on northern Gaza, restricting movement.
