Louvre closes Greek ceramics gallery over structural safety concerns

France’s most famous museum, The Louvre, has temporarily closed its Campana Gallery on Monday, after an audit uncovered structural weaknesses in beams supporting the floor above, prompting safety concerns. This comes as the embattled museum is already under scrutiny following last month’s $102 million jewellery heist.
