US President Donald Trump has issued a pardon for Changpeng Zhao, the founder of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. Zhao spent four months in prison last year after pleading guilty to charges of failing to implement adequate measures to prevent money laundering while operating the platform.
