Wafa reported on 21 November that large crowds gathered outside a bakery in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, amid severe food shortages. A video showed desperate Palestinians waiting for bread as the enclave grapples with critical shortages of flour and fuel due to the ongoing conflict.
UNRWA revealed that a food convoy was violently looted on 16 November, with 97 trucks lost. With bakeries operating at reduced capacity or shut down, over 2 million people face an ever-worsening humanitarian crisis.
