After months of drought, a landslide in La Paz struck 40 homes.
Six people were rescued, though no injuries were reported.
Mayor Iván Arias said illegal construction on the hillside was to blame for the landslide.
La Paz, which sits on steep slopes, is particularly vulnerable to heavy rainfall.
Authorities had earlier issued an orange alert, warning of possible river overflows beneath the city's streets.
