Hamas agrees to release hostages under Trump's Gaza plan, other points need negotiating

Hamas on Friday said it was willing to release all hostages held in Gaza under the terms of US President Donald Trump's plan to end the Gaza war. Other issues in the peace proposal concerning Gaza's future and the "inalienable rights of the Palestinian people" will need further discussions involving the group's participation. The response came hours after Trump issued a Sunday night ultimatum to Hamas.
