European leaders say Ukraine's battle lines must be starting point for peace talks

With plans for a second summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin seeming to stall, European leaders on Tuesday stressed that the current battle lines in Ukraine must be the starting point for any future peace talks on ending the war in Ukraine.
