Russia on Thursday launched a wave of drone and missile attacks targeting Ukraine’s energy grid, cutting power to thousands of households as winter approaches, Kyiv said. At least two people were killed and several children were wounded in the strikes. “[It’s a] bad blow in our efforts to keep power flowing this winter,” the head of Ukraine’s largest private energy company warned.
