France plans 'survival manual' distribution to prepare households for emergencies

France is planning to dispatch a “survival manual” to every household, which gives out instructions on how to prepare for a crisis such as an armed conflict or natural disaster. The decision is still pending approval from the prime minister, but the French government hopes to send it out before summer. FRANCE 24's Florent Marchais reports.
