The world's leading authority on food crises, the IPC. warned the Gaza Strip's largest city is gripped by famine, and that it's likely to spread across the territory without a ceasefire and an end to restrictions on humanitarian aid. UNICEF Spokesperson Tess Ingram joins FRANCE 24's Mark Owen for a deeper understanding of the harrowing plight of civilians in war-torn Gaza.
