Israel delays Palestinian prisoner release after six Gaza hostages freed

The release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, scheduled for Saturday, was delayed indefinitely following the return of six Israeli hostages under a fragile Gaza truce. The Israeli prime minister’s office said early Sunday the release of prisoners would not happen until the release of the next hostages is secured.
