Tariffs on Chinese exports to the US are raising prices on Halloween supplies for consumers. One supply store owner in Washington DC says 95 percent of all of his wares are from China - making his business extremely sensitive to tariff increases. With both countries announcing a year-long truce in the trade war, consumers could hope for some respite - but not in time for the celebrations.
