Turkey recovers black box from Libya army chief’s fatal plane crash

Turkish authorities said on Wednesday they had recovered the cockpit voice and flight data recorders from a private jet crash near Ankara that killed Libya’s armed forces chief Mohammed al-Haddad and four aides. The devices will be analysed in a neutral country, the transport minister said, as investigators seek to determine the cause of Tuesday's crash.
