Well the world has no shortage of challenges to confront when it comes to the effects of climate change - which of course is bringing about increasingly frequent episodes of extreme weather. Whether its from heatwaves and wildfires or torrential rainfalls and landslides, urban environments are particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change, putting cities at the heart of urgent adaptation efforts.
