Death toll from Spain flash floods reaches 205 as troops search for missing people

Spain sent 500 extra troops to join the search for an unknown number of missing people three days after flash floods killed at least 205 people, according to emergency authorities. Many people are still trapped in their homes without electricity, running water or access to food while authorities have said more storms are expected.
