Artificial intelligence: The tools for building a bright future? "Does humanity know what it's doing or are we creating the tools of our own downfall?" asks FRANCE 24's François Picard. Our guest, Co-Founder of iSPIRT Foundation Sharad Sharma, acknowledges that "both of those aspects are important: "If we play AI right, it'll lift many Indians out of poverty, it will give them better health, it will let our students study and learn better. But, on the other hand, if we don't handle AI properly, and we don't have all of the safety provisions we need... then we risk having a lost generation."
