Aid workers struggle to reach communities cut off by Hurricane Melissa

Rescuers and aid workers across Jamaica on Saturday were struggling to reach communities still isolated four days after Hurricane Melissa hit the island. Melissa has left devastation in its wake, snapping power lines and toppling buildings, disrupting food and water distribution and destroying crop fields.
